The Different Types of Mouthwash
There are 2 types of mouthwash available . The first type is to reduce general amount of bacteria and to leave the mouth with a pleasant taste, while exposing teeth to fluoride. The Paro dent mouth rinse has 250ppm fluoride, pleasant taste , with no alcohol. It comes with a clever measuring dispenser to reduce waste.
Interproximal Brushes
Interproximal brushes are used when flossing is not effective because the space is too large or it's too difficult to pass between the contact of the teeth. There are a variety of brush sizes as well as different handles depending on what best suits. The size of the brush head is best tested to see which size fits tightly but comfortably through the area between the two teeth, you may need more than one size depending on the different areas. How Often Do I Have To Brush?
In an ideal situation , it's recommended that you brush your teeth three times a day, after main meals. However, very few people in our society are able to do this so two times is essential.
